Meeting Street: Closed/No Parking from Thayer Street to Brown Street (local access only)
Bowen Street: No Parking/Block off Bowen Street to create a one way (west from Brown Street toward Thayer Street)
Brown Street: Traffic between George and Charlesfield Streets will be rerouted onto Benevolent Street
